Julie Cranick
Hello, I’m Julie Cranick, and my journey into the world of fitness began after spending a fulfilling decade as a Middle School teacher. Although I loved shaping young minds, I realized that my true passion lay in fitness and helping others lead healthier lives. So, at 34, I took a leap of faith and launched my first fitness company, Innovative Bounce. That moment marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and I haven’t looked back since! In 2016, with the unwavering support of my husband, I founded Energy Zone Fitness. We started from the ground up, transforming our shared vision into a thriving personal training and group fitness facility. The early days were exhilarating, and we were proud of the community we built-until the unforeseen challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Despite the hardships, my determination and grit allowed our business to survive. It wasn’t easy, but the experience only strengthened my resolve to continue pursuing my passion. Just when I thought I had overcome the worst, I faced a personal health challenge. At 43, I had to undergo a full knee replacement due to a collapsing perennial nerve. I feared that my fitness journey was over, but I refused to give up. Bouncing back from that setback took everything I had. It was a battle, but it inspired me to pivot my business model. I transitioned from group fitness classes to focusing on one-on-one and semi-private training, allowing me to provide more personalized support to my clients. Today, I take immense pride in helping others achieve their fitness goals. Beyond being a devoted mom and wife, this is my greatest joy. Greg Clancy
With over two decades of expertise, Greg serves as an Elite Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness Coach at Energy Zone Fitness. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, equipped with various certifications in areas such as strength and conditioning, fat loss, functional movement, and FMS assessments.
Greg is dedicated to helping clients achieve transformative results, promoting the idea that “we only get what we can endure.” Greg is deeply committed to his clients, prioritizing their individual goals and needs. As an expert rehabilitation personal trainer, Greg focuses on helping clients overcome their toughest setbacks.
